The ABC Balkans program closed with the Skopje Encounter during which a Common Declaration of Interest was drawn up by the participants, declaring in particular that they wished to continue their collective work, through actions and projects on the ground but also through reflections and conversations on their favorite subjects. In this spirit we created a European Network on the Balkans under the (provisional) title of « Agroecological Territories for Climate Action » (TAAC/ATCA), the first manifestation of which was to engage in the animation of virtual seminars for the year 2024. From the key-note presentation of a theme, participants can allow themselves to have a free speculative discussion to improve the formulation of questions and problematizations linked to the theme, but also to propose avenues for collaboration with various participation geometries.
